About

About Joy Music Studios

Joy Music Studios is a music and performing arts studio in St. Cloud, Florida, teaching piano, voice and acting to students of every age — and giving them real stages to grow on.

Who we are

Music, taught by people who love teaching it

Joy Music Studios exists because music does something for people that very little else does. It gives a shy student a voice. It gives a busy adult somewhere to put their imagination. It gives a family a shared night out at a recital they will remember for years.

We teach piano, singing and acting to students from babies in Musikgarten classes through teens, adults and homeschool families. Whatever the age, the work is the same: build real skill, build the confidence to use it, and then get on stage and share it with an audience.

Joy. Created on the inside, Expressed on the outside.

What matters here

The things we keep coming back to

Mentorship

Instruction here is personal. Students are known by name, met where they are, and guided by teachers who stay invested in their growth.

Confidence

Skill and courage grow together. Every student is prepared to stand up, perform, and discover what they are capable of.

Community

Families, students and instructors learn alongside each other, and the studio stays connected to the performing arts life of St. Cloud.

Creativity

Technique is the beginning, not the goal. Students are taught to express something of their own through music and performance.

Skill, confidence, expression and real performance experience are taught together in every program.

Our history

From student to studio

The story starts at Mr. Jeff's Music Academy, where Alecia was a student. Mr. Jeff mentored her for years — not just as a musician, but in the kind of teaching that takes a person seriously and sticks with them long after the lesson ends.

Carrying that influence forward became the point. Joy Music Studios LLC began in 2019, and the studio later moved into a space of its own in St. Cloud, with room for lessons, classes and performances.

What has not changed is what the studio is for: community, and a local performing arts culture where students of every age have somewhere to learn, rehearse and be heard.
