These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the Joy Music Studios website, forms, scheduling tools, free-class registration tools and related online services provided by Joy Music Studios LLC (“Joy Music Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or submitting an online request, you agree to these Terms as applicable.

Separate studio agreements, enrollment agreements, tuition policies, payment policies, attendance rules, releases or program-specific policies may apply to particular Joy Music Studios services.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Joy Music Studios may reasonably reschedule or cancel a session due to instructor availability, weather, facility conditions, emergencies, insufficient enrollment or other operational circumstances.

Specific enrolled programs may have separate cancellation, attendance, makeup-class and scheduling rules.

Do not invent cancellation fees, penalties or refund requirements on this page unless Joy Music Studios has expressly provided them.

6. Enrollment, Tuition and Payments

Program descriptions, availability, schedules and pricing shown on the website may change.

Paid enrollment may be subject to additional:
